Welp this sounds about the dumbest thing Iv heard today yeah a guy who makes almost every play at third and hits 730 or what ever he is doesn’t make this team better? Definitely doesn’t make them worse that’s for sure but we all know haters love to come out in the night

At some point Carucci will have to get fed up with Williams blaming the umps for his fails and Flip who only cares about his pockets and nothing else. Carucci has a great group, put a good team together, and def has the best young talent. But Williams and Flip are issues everywhere they go, even Carucci cant keep them in line forever and I am suprised they lasted this long. One more F bomb from John or Flip selling Monstas again, Carucci will at some point have enough.

I do know they needed his pop out there on Sunday because they had bumps to hit and had plenty left on table. In fact I don’t think either team hit half of their 16 a game.

Exactly why you want someone with stadium power. When the wind became a factor and it heated up. Ball was mush and that’s why you need a true masher in that kind of situation. Not saying he would have won/loss if he played just saying I would want my bangers to free swing if the hrs aren’t gimmes like usual. I actually liked it where the big dogs were the ones who were able to hit it out, and no cheapies were given.

Harvey struggled hitting it out in that wind. MPT had multiple injuries and were short a guy. A couple of guys struggled this weekend with the bat that normally don’t. Great run considering what they going through.

They scored 30 runs more then everyone else and avg over 30+ a game this weekend. I dont think offence is their problem. I think they lead the country in runs scored.

They are so much better because of Pinkham not because they don’t have Big John. Pinkham isn’t walking 15 people a game, fields the middle as good as anyone, on top of a good knuckleball that floats with the 6’ and 10’ ft zones. The offense is the last thing this team needed, people should be paying attention the Runs Allowed and Margin of Victory column. PERIOD.
