Why do these teams carry so many players? Why do some guys sit the bench and get bare minimum swings?

I think ressy has 15 and pretty much all play
SIS I think have 18 but also have 10 sponsors
Sonny I think is about 18 also

I’d sit too if I was getting paid more than Playing on a A/AA team

Guess would be they absorb so many players in their rosters to dilute the talent pool of the bigger name players so in the end they dont have to work as hard to win a tourney. Not saying they dont now, but if some of those 2nd tier teams had a few of their bench guys, it would be tougher week in and week out!
