This message is for your responses to my original post from a 2 days ago. Let me be clear on a few things before I get started. I don't consider Bonds The Goat nor do I consider Hank Aaron to be the Goat. The greatest player of all time in my OPINION is Ted Williams. I do think Aaron and Bonds are 2 of the greatest hitters of all time but Ted Williams is my pick. Also I'm not trying to make Aaron look bad to make Bonds look better or anything remotely close to that. Im not trying to debate who had the better career, better stats, or who was the better person. My goal with this whole thing is to hopefully get you to see the bigger picture.
Opinions are something we are afforded the right to have and thats makes us Human. But those same opinions can create huge issues when they come from misguided information and lies. You blasted Bonds for cheating and then said Aaron did it the right way. After reading my response you back tracked a little saying maybe you were wrong in saying Aaron did it the right way and you don't know if he actually cheated. Why would you say you don't know if Aaron cheated. How can you be ok saying without a doubt that Aaron did it the right way in one message, and then after reading my post say you don't know if he did. Not saying your opinion of him being the goat should change but you have to admit you are 100% sure that he cheated, even if it was only one time. Me saying that he took a PED didn't come from a rumor. That info came directly from Hank Aaron himself. Why can't you say, "yes he cheated, and I believe him when he said it was only once". Your opinion of him being the Goat doesnt have to change. Only thing that changes is your belief the never took PED's. It was so easy for you to knock one player down with your opinion but after learning actual facts about the other, why is hard for you to admit they did wrong also.
Instead of just admitting to Hank Aaron taking PEDs you decided to change you angle on why Hank Aaron is still the Goat and why Bonds couldnt be by having another opinion about their Character. Yes, Aaron did play through all kinds of death threats, and racial inequalities. The abuse he put up with would be unbearable to most people. Its unbelievable to even think how he could have done it. But that doesnt make him a better on the field ball player. That didn't help hit a fast ball. The abuse and torture he put up with made him into the great person he was outside of baseball. Bonds isn't the same likable person that Aaron was but that also doesnt have anything to do with the actual things they did between the lines. So your saying that, to be declared the Goat of any sport you need to be a good person? How do you justify what a good person is. Everyones OPINION on that subject will be different at some point. How would you know how good a person they were behind closed doors? What if they were a terrible person. Impossible to know if there was never any evidence of it. Maybe there were a great human being, maybe they were not. Neither one changes what was accomplished between the lines. Most say Jordan is the Goat in basketball. Most would also say he as an asshole to a lot of people. No where does it say to be the considered the best athlete of all time you better be a good person. Good luck with that if that is what it takes. Your going to do a lot of ass kissing to try and keep everyone happy, which is an impossible task.
You also said Bonds was a PRIVILEDGED athlete. How do you come up with that opinion. Privileged because he grew up with money? Do you know if he was ever mistreated growing up. Do you know if all these priveledges that were available for the public to see, were the same behind closed doors. Maybe they were, maybe they weren't. What makes him so privileged.
You said how he treated fans and media, teammates, and didn't sign a bat for a fundraiser, makes him less of a ball player? Has nothing to do with Bonds the athlete, which again is based on factual evidence. That has more to do with Bonds the person, which is based on a ton opinions of how people saw him. My nephew is AJ Ramos, pitcher for numerous teams in the MLB. His best friend is Giancarlo Stanton. Being around them, hanging out, and see what the deal with has greatly opened my eyes on this. Your superstar atheltes now days can't go any where without being bombarded with people wanting pictures, autographs, money, and so on. They sit down to eat and cant enjoy a meal without 50 people coming up to them. Fans say its just something they should have to deal with because they are the reason for all the money they make. They get 10's of thousands of letters all year long from people asking for autographs, money to pay there car payments, mortgages, money for surgeries, money just because they know they make millions and can spare it. I personally saw a letter that came in with 12 bats. Let said please sign these bats for 12 kids at a cancer hospital. He looked at me and said if i sign these bats they will be on eBay for sale as soon as this guy gets them back. If i don't sign them ill be on some social media platform being portrayed as the villain for not signing some bats for kids with cancer. 6 days later bats were being sold on eBay. Fans send death threats and verbally abuse superstars when they are in a slump. Then want to be the victim when they don't get what they wanted. Why can fans be A**holes when they want but when an athlete has had enough and has to be the a**hole its not ok. They can't be Considered the Goat because they were an A**hole. You speak about peoples character when you don't truly know the person.
You also said if some one was to "swear on their child or loved ones life you would believe them". You have continually got on here and talked about some of your past players and teammates you were had that you know never used PED's and used them as evidence to support your accusations. You have said you know 100% this guy or that guy never touched the stuff. Let me ask you this. If you and them were standing before god, they had to swear on there kids life they didn't take PED's or admit they did take the. You now have to bet your kids or loved ones life they didnt use them or just say you have no idea. Are you willing to gamble with your loved ones life for something you have a strong feeling they didn't do but also know that there is no way to actually know the answer 100%. Surely your answer is no way in hell you would. But if your answer is yes, what kind of person does that make you.

I stopped following MLB last year when I watched three SF Giants (a team I had partial season tickets to) kneel during the Anthem in spring training while sporting Nike cleats...
MLB is dead to me at this point since the Atlanta all-star game crap...
The game took sides and left me...It doesn’t exist any longer in my world...so no need to discuss past players or issues...
The stuff about can I will swear on my loved ones life’s... has always been to support “what I believe to be true” so it’s always possible I could be wrong... but that doesn’t change what I believe to be true.
When it comes to swearing on loved ones life’s to address any debate of truthfulness ... I will always swear to the truths I personally know because I was personally involved.
After that...on any issue I am swearing to my beliefs and that I AM NOT KNOWINGLY STATING A LIE... the beliefs I have of others are my opinion... Kinda like...
I swear on my loved ones life’s I believe 85+ % of the elite softball power hitters over the last 25 years have used PED. That’s what I believe... the true number will never be know... but it’s my honest belief of truth.
Sadly.... softball has devolved into who a game where good hitters can become great hitters by adding PED and for some strange reason... people are afraid to tell that truth..
The proof is in the silence of the “elite” power hitters on the PED swear on your loved one front...
To this date... not one elite softball power hitting player has been able to come on this site and swear to never using ped...
That should tell everyone two things... most have used PED power and most have not lowered themselves to the point of coming on here and openly lying on their loved ones life’s.
