Question for usssa umpires out there.

Starting pitcher gets taken out via substitution. Later in the game 2nd pitcher is pinch hit for. Is 1. The 2nd pitcher allowed to re-enter. 2. The original starting pitcher allowed to re-enter or 3. Neither of them can re-enter. Thanks

Only starters may re-enter in USSSA. Assuming that the the it was a P for P swap initially than when the second pitcher was pinch hit for that was the end of their game.

The starting pitcher can re-enter. The second pitcher is done as soon as he is pinch hit for.
