TEE WORK

I HIT OFF THE TEE 3 TIMES AWEEK AND LIVE PITCHING ON THE WEEKEND, IS THIS OVER KILL ???

it depends on what you are trying to do, are you playing this game for fun ? If yes, do you have fun doing those things ? If yes, then no it is not overkill.

Are you doing that much hitting thinking you are trying to get to the point where you are paid to play ?

I'm just trying to be a better hitter, my player ranking is C. Not trying to get paid either, I make great money . I have time to hit because I own my own business …. trying to get better and was just asking a question . thanks for info

if you have the free time to hit, and you enjoy it, and it isn't making bad habits form, then by all means hit away !

This why we need a password, the young fella is trying to learn how to hit and make himself better and the upper players being A DOUCHEBAG. To Tee: guy change the level of your tee every session and practice hitting gaps.LS/17...

Tee work is good for working on your swing but it shouldn’t be your only hitting practice as your hitting the same pitch over and over and that’s not what the pitcher is going to throw you in a game.

They should probably make a tee that has adjustable heights so you're not hitting the same pitch over and over. Clearly, you can adjust a tee and reposition your body to hit whatever "pitch" you want. Sometimes actual BP sucks when you have a terrible pitcher and aren't disciplined, swinging at shit you normally wouldn't, thus possible screwing up your mechanics.

Try and get some total control balls . They are weighted 525 grams and are smaller than softball actual baseball size .. They are restricted flight and you will be Driving thru the ball after hitting them.
