Quite a few good options at midland Drive and I-435, would be about 5 minutes from fields. Legends where there is a casino and the nascar track has many options which is between airport and fields and about 15 minutes from fields. You could stay in Overland Park, downtown KC, Lenexa, etc... on not be too far away. Address is 20000 Johnson Drive, Shawnee, KS. Tons of bp places close.
Fly into Kansas City International, about 20-25 from fields on Kansas side of Missouri. Easy airport.
Complex hosted many large tourneys over the years, conference event from like 2006-20014, A world many years, playboy, hooters, D world in 2006, etc... Fields were turf long ago, before many had it, and complex was great. Took turf out and fields went downhill, but a lot of money has been put back into complex of ten fields plus 2 baseball sized fields. Should be top shelf again and should be well supported locally.
Kelly McLemore is the director and puts in a lot of effort and will do a good job.
