just because you play at a high level of softball and you workout, bp ,travel and you play conference doesn't stop you from being choked out. Why does so many conference players act like barnyard animals during league? I seen last month where a conference player got worked after a league night game … never seen so many players in conference act this way as of late. sad they represent conference in this manner. Sad ..

I don't think its conference thing. Its a generational thing. You can go to a local E/D tournament and you will find guys puffed up talking sh*t starting fights and generally acting up. League is no different because its made up of softball players that play tournaments. Respect, social awareness and manners are a thing of the past. Everyone is a snowflake and special now and rules shouldn't apply to then. Discipline and punishment have a fine line. Gone are the days where your parents would get in your a$$ right in the middle of the store, and straighten you out. You yell at your kid now in public and you might get the cops called on you for abuse.

I haven't played league in years now but the couple conference guys who I played against were always incredibly classy individuals who played hard and clean, but never hit the middle or took advantage of lesser players.

so don't lump all conference guys into that catagory please

I have played with/against several of those OH guys along with several other conference players in league, pick up/open tournaments, etc... Never had any thing negative to say to anyone or acted better than anyone. Hell played league several times with Phil Matte over the years and despite all the E/D players talking sh*t to him he never said a single word to them. Just hit the ball harder and farther every time.

All of the aforementioned players, premier/cincy guys are all great dudes both on and off the field.

hell they invite lesser players to sub with their league night teams to teach them and help out.

why not right? grow the game.
