getting charge for live streams?

Do we have to cancel so LIVE STREAM USSSA can stop charging me?

I mean, that is a load of crap to not make it cancel on own.

This is a practice by businesses to keep charging and have customers overlook, or not cancel and they make their money.

I know programmers and businesses that run like this and sad that UTRIP scams people like this.

I am yet to get a refund for September???

This is a feature they can bypass, but why do you think they have so we have to cancel???

Found out the hard way the if you cancel, you better verify and reverify that it did cancel.

I thinbk it is a lame thing that we have to cancel...

Many corporations give you a free trile, or discounted trial getting all your payment information.

They do this to make it so you cancel it, which most don't! So they automatically charge you, and many do not read their statements, or ignore..then Bernie makes extra cash and gets a new car and trip to Cabo on our dime????

Thanks for the info VOR. I am so glad that I did not sign up for this mess. It seemed like every week there were problems . As far as broadcasting their games USSA has done a poor job.It would be nice if they could get their games back on CBS sports network like they had a few years ago. In my opinion Bernie should be fired. What a train wreck.

So here is what happens. Each week USSSA streams an average of 60 games. One game at the beginning or one field, or maybe there is a problem with one set of games on Saturday morning where something needs reset and suddenly there are posts on oldscout and social media saying the streams are down. Those that didn't sign up, like you, think "there are problems all day every day every weekend". Yet they streamed 59 out of 60 games and their "down time" is less than 1% which is actually pretty good for the internet.

If the games didn't stream properly and it was a "train wreck" then there wouldn't be any games in the archives because they only record what is streamed. And I'm pretty sure 99% of the games are in the archives.

As far as CBS Sports you have to get the ratings. If you don't it costs 10's of thousands of dollars just for two games.

The USSSA Major World Series this year may have been the best quality broadcast of a slowpitch tournament beginning to end in the history of amateur sports. The camera work was really good. The camera people were professionals that also work for the major networks.

Log into USSSSAlive then open your profile. Next go to subscriptions and you can cancel it from there I just did it and got email response within minutes of it being done.

I wasn’t going to sign up for the streams but glad I did as watching all the worlds got me wanting to return to playing next year. I got the 6 month non-recurring plan and had no issues with the quality.

The problem I had was paying for the service then getting facebook alerts saying the same thing I'm paying for was on Facebook for free.lesson learned.i wont pay again next year.ill watch on Facebook for free or just wait for the condensed games to come out.they're better because you can watch for free and in half the time.

I watched quite a few weekends, most without issue. My main issue was using my Roku and streaming through the USSSA app...not so much the stream. It would restart my roku. When that would happen, I'd use my phone to stream to my TV, via chromecast...no issues.

They use the usssa live stream for baseball an fast pitch in the warmer states, How does usssa know you just only watch slowpitch to cancel your subscription? Just pay the $5 or $10 a month an move on

If you're going to subscribe for a month, they should put something saying that the charge is recurring until canceled. Oh wait...
