What constitutes a up n comer in softball? |
Not like baseball and anyone can hit a pitch underhand.
I would define a player in conference 1-2 years to maybe give that label, not a guy pulled from E-B teams for a first year.
I've seen many so called UP N COMERS in my day to only see them back in D or E the following year.
Go get yourself a vet with credentials for the years run, then pull a new guy if the vet falters?
I just might gm/coach in the near future?
