What a joke of a major. It continues to get worse and worse every year. Think it's time to re-evaluate locations for conference events. The NW having a Dual is a joke with the NW weather. Make Kent a single tournament and move the Dual somewhere more central or the east coast -- you will get way better turn out.
When's the last time the Dual has ever been rained out? Oh right it hasn't. However I recall a couple tournaments within the last couple years outside of the NW being rained out... check your facts.

Oregon and Washington during the 90s and the early 2000's were the ultimate place to Cherry pick on a berth to any world C and above. Their teams were always a step below the rest of the west coast, around 2005 is when the tide turned and all the NW teams flipped the script. Shoot one year Washington had a clean sweep in all world titles from A to E i think.
I played in Oregon/Washington at least 10 times over the the years and it only rained twice and the tourneys still got done. That's a very naive comment to think the Dual gets rained out.
