Just Like DS went through USSSA is going to back what they control they will not be getting involved in this. Online waivers are the only thing they care about that’s it. Personal contracts can be handled in court between Sonny and DC if proper documentation can be proven. In this case I doubt they have. Bottom line….
Who ever gets the online roster invite back approved will have DC for 2023.
