Here's a suggestion: If a team is late (not there 30 min prior to scheduled game time), AND the other team still wants to play, how about the late team spots the full squad 1 run for every minute late? Max spotting is 30 runs. Run diff rule could be if dont make up 30 run diff in 3 innings, ball game.
