I know a lot of players stood outside the dugout. Some enforced it some don't.

I saw a number of players step in front of the plate on their swing and not get called out. Sometimes they do sometimes they don't.

Moral of the story is follow the rules and you won't get penalized.

Don't follow the rules and you might get penalized.

All rules are like speeding tickets. We all speed but you don't always get pulled over.

If you are that guy that thinks every game and every tournament and every team is going to be policed the exact same way by every umpire and every director then you are not cut out for the conference or life in general.
