How about this:
If not ready to go 30 minutes prior, team has to be visitor.

If not ready 15 minutes prior to game time, Forfeit.

I could understand if this was an ongoing issue, but let’s be real and 100% honest, when game times are running behind teams still go on the field and take ground balls and get lose which is complete bullshit. (Yes, we do it as well because no one stops it). In my opinion, that is not being ready to play at Gametime.
