Get a ball testing machine like there is a bat testing machine.

What spec is the balls supposed to be? Get a machine and test them before you use them. Just like the bats.

If the balls are varying with “hardness”. Then its only fair to test the balls before they are used.

Because when the balls change then the bats change.
