Still if we are talking conference no one has named a team that kept their same roster from when they were first classified and then was bumped that didn't have more than 3 higher level players.

So at least as far as conference its a moot point.

But we do have examples of C teams forming from 3 or 4 other C teams and playing at an 'A' level. Bay Area and Thunder.

And yes that can ruin a program.
