This system will never be fair going off this logic. If a team builds within the guidelines they should be allowed their year to dominate, win some or lose. You start trying to debate this team took these 3 top guys from here or there. It’s a never ending story of Director’s being bias for some but not all. No matter how good a team is it can never ruin the program. They only get one year together before being bumped.
