i still have yet to receive my receipt for the bat i bought in the fall 2021. cannot even get a returned message anymore. proton and suncoast are proving why the masses prefer to stick with the main established companies that have a proven history with customer service. At this point monsta has been the only "startup" that i have seen go through the going pains while trying their best to take care of their customers.
