They did not. The second team ChicFila played tried to but the VA director told the MD director he OK'd it. The two directors argued and then the VA director added the player on-site and the CFA coach was suspended 3 games which is the same coach for the CFA-AA team.
Really a non-issue. MD Watcher must be bored.
