To answer your question seriously -

There has yet to be a single trans woman who has completely dominated the game.

There has yet to be multiple trans women who have been able to stay at the Conference level for a long enough period of time to allow this question to exist.

There has yet to be a single season where there are enough trans athletes to where a team could be created to compete at the Conference level.

But…in this futuristic world, I am 100% certain people would have a problem with it - as evidenced by some of the comments on this very thread.
