Nitro Circus 7 or more players that have played higher

Proton 8 players that have played higher

I've always been a roster/chips guy. Some people use the eye test. Some seem to let teams play wherever they want.

Being a roster/chip guy I would just tell a team that loads up with chips and wants to play down that they just put together a bad team but have to play up.

Three years ago I introduced and garnered support for a rule that would go in the rule book that would only allow 3 chips on a AA or A team like they have in B, C, D, E.

The powers that be decided not to vote on the rule changes. Since then we have had SNI and Classic Glass win Worlds with teams that would not have been able to be assembled had the rule been voted in. This year you have Nitro Circus, Proton, Anarchy maybe other that have been put together with a lot of chips, hopefully it doesn't bite the association.
