Its not just Rob. There are 2 other shavers who Cooper and Resmondo uses. One day it will all come out, but USSSA will do nothing about it. All the players know come major time, the special bats come out. The testing is done privately when all bat manufacturers shoud be present for testing but arent. This is why you hear Marsh and Clark bitching about bats, cause they do it. Resmondo knows people know, but players need the free bats and cash so people stay quiet, until the bat shaver is forced to admit it.
