eliminating the fake ball advantage is easy… each team brings three balls to the coin toss and the six balls have no team names written on to them… the ump pulls out whatever ball he grabs to start the gas and blindly pulls any other ball out of a bucket when the game needs one..

At the end of the game the two teams split the balls up and if there is an odd number… the winning team gets the extra ball.
