Renner is a great talent - but he's also over 40, so he's on the tail end of his career. I think AA is probably where he belongs, as I'm not sure he starts over any of the other major team pictures. That doesn't mean he isn't a great pitcher, it is just there are only a few major teams and I'm not sure he beats any of them out.

But I also understand, given his age, why he doesn't want to travel all over the country to sit the bench. Seems like he was mislead.

Gregory I think should play more for SIS, but that is my opinion. He's much younger than Renner, so might make more sense for him to stick around for this year, and then see what happens.
