Clearly you are a Fish Head player. Fish Head has been around for many many years. They try to reclass themselves every year to play lower level and only play in Va and Md. Since they are in a state that will never bump players cause the state director would lose a ton of money, they find players who should be playing up but get away with not. They also pay weekend money to their players as well. They wont join conference B cause they are afraid they will get bumped. They are the same as RDD in NY.
