Should be pretty easy… you sign on the dotted line and cash the check… you are held to the contract…: if you want out… you have to buy your way out at whatever price is agreed upon.

Maybe to make this a little more player friendly….you limit Conference teams to 13 contract listed players per year and any other player on the official roster can take himself off the roster with two weeks notice and be a free once a season.
