The rules have been the same since the beginning of the conference. The player is responsible for securing their own release.

Associations should not be judges.

I have been to over 50 managers meetings and 10 conventions and never heard anyone bring up the player release topic.

There is no one happy in these situations and they are unfortunate.

I hope it eventually works itself out.
