I see. The point remains that the major sponsors will keep things as they are if that’s what they/their players want. And if we’re being honest, if this is such a problem why don’t the players just stop doing these things? If it’s a popular opinion that throwing the ball around/the pre batting routines are wasting time and serve no purpose, then these things should just disappear on their own and there wouldn’t be a need for a rule to prevent it. More than likely this is just one of those things that bothers everyone until it’s their turn to do it lol
