we are using a pitch clock in the carolina league this year. You can get an auto strike for not being in the box and ready now in all levels of MILB.


IMO Andy pushes the limit of excessive speed quite often, but thats very hard to call.

Also consistent from Mixed D to conference, umpires call where it lands and that is the biggest sticking point.

I'd like to see a mat used at all levels for balls and strikes and let the plate umpire just monitor height and release.
