First off of everyone isn’t on the same page things will continue to spiral down the drain. Umpires don’t get paid enough to put up with any of this shit and it will continue as we have inexperienced umps . Egos need to be dropped so we can get some of the best back Doc,ken,Levi,Lee,Jason and the Minnesota crew and when I say egos I mean both sides.
I’m a firm believer that you don’t have to like everyone you work or play with but you all have to be working for the same goal for the betterment of your team/workplace and the powers that be are dropping the ball in the conference. You can’t throw each other under the bus and deflect like you do and expect things to run smoothly. Umpires should get $40.00 per game and help with travel expenses . To get a 1099 from Utrip for the pennies they get paid is a slap in the face as most of these guys are doing this because they love the game but it’s getting to the point where that love is dying . I’m grateful for all of them because without them we won’t be playing.
