The most important stat is on base average. The best hitters swing at strikes and don't swing at crappy pitches. The more you swing at bad pitches, the lower your batting average. Telling someone to swing at balls is the stupidest comment I have ever seen. And a strikeout is no worse than any other out. Keep doing your thing Flip and keep getting on base!!
