In theory they should be a hair better, but in reality the manufacturing process for softball cores gives an allowance in compression. They are very likely the exact same core, with a slightly different cover, and should preform nearly identical.
Now, with said manufacturing there is a distinct possibility of the same model ball, same brand, etc, having good batches and lesser batches. One dozen may fall at the bottom of the passable 44/365 and another dozen maybe at the higher end, 44/415. Softballs are just not that consistent by nature.
