Here is the explanation I received. I guess someone from Texas could probably corroborate this.

The first player, Bradley Hager, did not.

The second and third player, both were added to C teams after Nov 1. Our season ends after the Worlds.

So by the explanation it seems these players were added after worlds which essentially is 2021.

I (DW) don't personally know any of these players. I guess poster "Baseball" will say I "spun" it, but in fact I just copied and pasted the answer I got.
