When we developed this event, we did allow for three bordering States to combine. The event blew up this year, partially because of Covid Restrictions and some of it has to do with representation of your State.

As the event evolves, the teams have become creative to our guidelines and we will re-evaluate after the event guidelines moving forward. We will be developing restrictions for certain populated States and taking into consideration how many teams you have playing at that level in your region/State.

The concept has legs now, we just need to tighten the guidelines moving forward.
