whatever a player was ranked in 2020, that is the lowest level they can play on. The can play higher, but no lower so if any of these guys are playing beneath where they ranked last year, that is BS. This is supposed to be a fun kick of the year tourney between all the states sending their "best" players at each level, not sandbagging!?!?!? Oh well, just have to wait and see what happens and who calls out who You can look up every team's roster and see what team they were on last year
