Shaw is far from the problem. He started with a E team that was successful then went to C and damn near won every C/B tournament in the Southeast then he also won the AA. Shaw has given a lot of young talent a chance when nobody else even would look at them because they didn’t have an established name. He has been good to his guys from what I have seen and heard every year he has had a team. So maybe it’s other people that are given him a bad name.
Just my opinion which doesn’t matter just like everyone else that gets on here.
