Association most certainly do pay directors. Directors are paid on every team that exists in their state and u-trip has a system where they make teams pay thru their site (which adds a fee) and the directors then have to wait to get tournament entry fees from FL (if they ever come).

When U-trip stops employing former conference players with no business background in their upper levels of business, they stand a chance to dominate. Until then, give a friend a job and watch em tear down 50 years of growth.
