To me, this won't mean anything to most people who visit this site. Simply because the conference roster points/players everyone knows who is who.

In the lower divisions the rosters are a problem, getting rid of PRV being viewable to the public makes it so people can't constantly be complaining about a problem no one will solve or care about anyways.

So I get why they did it. Teams are gonna sandbag either way at the C, D and E level. Might as well try and get rid of some of the bitching.
