Re: Elite players on roster
Several reasons a player could have an elite status. The player may have applied individually for reclassification. The player may have been part of a team reclassification, (12-15 elite status on one roster). The player may have been moved up to elite status to prevent him from playing down a class as a chip. The State Director in each state is aware of how the players arrived at the elite status. Some areas allow one elite player that reclassified down to play with the three chips. Some are allowing two or three. What you can be sure of, is if you are attempting to build a team with three chips and multiple individual players that reclassified down to elite status, the NCC will flag your team to be moved up in season. Hope this helps with the original question.
