There are guys in Michigan that have been reclassified 5 yrs. in a row. Never played 1 game in the class they were bumped to. That's why they can't ever get more then 3
or 4 C team's in any season. There lucky if they can get 1 B team. They don't follow their own rules and criteria for bumped players or teams.
