You make it sound like these AA teams are off playing there own schedule during the year and it wouldn't be fair when it comes to worlds. All these teams play in the same tournaments against each other all year long.

DW would like to see these teams push past the 9 point limit and I agree I think that would be great for the overall competitiveness of the conference. BUT some of these AA Sponsors cant afford to build a complete Major team to consistently compete against the BIG 3/4. So in there minds if its a difference of two players that might make them more competitive against major teams or winning the AA they are going to go with the World Championship not pick those guys up.

Rosters would be locked in at the same date as usual. But just for the AA you would be aloud to bring part of your roster that complies with 9 points or under. I just believe allowing for this would be the best of both. More competitive teams in general for the conference and MWS but still able to go compete at their AA world.
