DW, I don't get what you are saying. What does major players becoming available in the middle of the season have to do with what we are talking about?

You were saying some teams are at the 9 point limit and are holding back because they want to stay AA. We are talking about building a team now not what might happen in the middle of a season. So the way you make it sound you want these teams to add a couple players and not to hold back. Correct?
