We went to Viera this year for Senior Worlds. One level below the top - not sure what they call it.

As long as they have the net, It will never have a chance to grow like SSUSA. I don’t pitch and you can call me an E hero with a super bat, but I have a good idea what Average Joe’s want. Great idea for safety but it just takes away from the flow of the game and the rules around it are silly.

I see USSSA Senior being eventually like Conference - if you want to be the best in the land, you have to prove it there on the stadium. The net probably makes sense at that level though.

So if you are a major plus team out west, Viera will eventually be a must on the schedule along with Vegas. Otherwise I see no reason to come East given the travel, expense and lack of teams.

Just 2 cents from a guy who still enjoys playing 30 years into it.
