Concerning the new bat standard

Certain Associations are claiming they are making the game safer by going to the new 240 standard in 2021 but, utrip is changing to a much hotter ball ...... so what are they really doing to help keep the players safe?

Additionally, if rumors are true that utrip is demanding to have a sole stamp bat, this just makes no sense and costs players money. Didn't they learn from the ASA only bats?
