So here is what happens. Each week USSSA streams an average of 60 games. One game at the beginning or one field, or maybe there is a problem with one set of games on Saturday morning where something needs reset and suddenly there are posts on oldscout and social media saying the streams are down. Those that didn't sign up, like you, think "there are problems all day every day every weekend". Yet they streamed 59 out of 60 games and their "down time" is less than 1% which is actually pretty good for the internet.

If the games didn't stream properly and it was a "train wreck" then there wouldn't be any games in the archives because they only record what is streamed. And I'm pretty sure 99% of the games are in the archives.

As far as CBS Sports you have to get the ratings. If you don't it costs 10's of thousands of dollars just for two games.

The USSSA Major World Series this year may have been the best quality broadcast of a slowpitch tournament beginning to end in the history of amateur sports. The camera work was really good. The camera people were professionals that also work for the major networks.
