A team playing B

I been very board at work today, and was looking over the team in the B world, which should be a good tournament. I came across a team that has nine yes nine guys who played A conference last year all on the same team. So I started thinking how in the world does any director allow all of these guys to win an appeal and join the same team , plus still have three A chips as well? I mean really if this isn't abuse of power I don't know what is. If the director did this on his own how is he still a director of anything? But what is even worse how does USSSA let this happen? Isn't there someone that is supposed to look at these rosters? I could understand if a few guys won their appeal and joined with three other A chips, but damn nine guys win their appeal, if I am Usssa I would be having very long talk and look and what my state director in the state of Minnesota is doing up there. Just some food for thought here.
