You stated you guess all the players you know used, yet you won't state who those players are that were on the list. So let's look at your new criteria:
If you want to go back to listing ped users on major teams..I would say for sure..
every non-defensive power hitter
* Currently there are 4 major teams, so that would be 4 catchers and let's call it 4 extra hitters. Total 8
every position power hitter on baseball
* Need a little more criteria here. Are we going total number of home runs on baseball fields or are we going distance? What do you define as a power hitter. Remember these players are using the hottest bats ever made and stadiums.
and...75% of the rest.
Why 75%? Why not 85%? Why not 60%? How are you so sure 25% are clean?
Why would any player have to come on here in light of your criteria and swear on their loved ones life or even acknowledge your accusations? You won't even list the players you guess did it or what leads you to formulate those guesses.
The part you miss Tim is that I am by no means claiming that there are not some players that use PEDs. Unfortunately, in this instance you are the accuser and the innocent until proven guilty standard still holds true.
You still have yet to define who classifies as elite by any definitive measurable criteria. How about instead of you telling me to go do your homework, go do it yourself if you are going to make blanket accusations and come back with your facts.
