I still enjoy playing for the challenges of playing the sport “clean”, my teammates and the never ending fun of messing around with those a I am playing against and the stands and umpires.
Two of these things are things way out of the scope of guys like Andy.
I will admit between 1988-91 I was way over the top when it came to being competitive, but never with the aid of cheating..
My..gotta win at whatever friendship cost was altered...Jeff Peterson was able to pound that out of me with his gentleman example and constant verbal challenges to my beliefs.
In the end...softball is really nothing more then a sport guys play after they failed being successful in baseball so every softball player is playing second fiddle...so l....deep down you are kidding yourself if you are special in what really matters in life because of anything you do in softball.
