The Worth Platinum Dot Extreme balls have been great for durability, and have not broken any of my bats for the several years that I have been testing and using the balls. Keep in mind, if you let the balls in the cold temperatures, along with your bats, the likelihood of breaking your bats goes up. If you have the luxury of keeping your equipment indoors at a warmer temperature during colder days, this will protect your equipment.
The Platinum Dot Extreme's & .52/300 balls are your best bet for BP balls that won't break your USSSA or Senior bats. If you're swinging an ASA/USA bat, only use .52/300 balls and you shouldn't have any issues with durability. Be sure to look at the manufacturer's web page, or the paperwork that comes with your bat to see what the ideal temperatures are for using your bat, as that also comes into play with durability, and also with replacement policies.
Good luck, and stay safe!
