Fast forward a few months, and nobody will want to be the one to make the first move. Who wants to risk being the first to resume play, and open themselves up to an infected person attending a game and passing it on to hundreds? Nobody. With USSSA making a blanket statement on postponing activities (as in all activities were cancelled at once; not “kids activities are done; adults may play), I imagine that they will do the same whenever it’s time to resume play. With youth activities being under an umbrella, that will cause them to be much slower to return than if this were an adult-only organization
Tl;dr - it’s going to be a while since youth activities are going to be factored into the decision; USSSA won’t allow JUST the Conference to resume on its own.
